1 Introduction
1.1 The terms and conditions set out below will govern your use of the Safescreen's website and any transactions entered into between you and us. Accordingly, you should read them carefully and ensure you understand and agree to them before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2 We may change these terms and conditions at any time and you should therefore check them immediately prior to placing any order.
1.3 Please note, these terms and conditions are not intended to and shall not affect your statutory rights.
2 Placing Orders
2.1 ALL test kits marked for PROFESSIONAL USE are for use by professional end users such as clinics, NHS trusts, research centres, doctors and GP's. Professional tests are NOT home tests. 2.2 By agreeing to the terms and conditions the purchasers certify to the vendor that they are agreeing to the terms in 2.1 for professional tests. 2.3 All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. Acceptance of your order by us will take place when we dispatch / provide your order to you.
2.4 When you place an order on our website we will email you to acknowledge your order and debit the card you have chosen to pay with unless we agree in our absolute discretion to accept an alternative payment method. This will not, however, constitute acceptance of your order by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability.
2.5 Prices may change without notice.

3 Delivery 3.1 Packaging on all orders is made with the utmost discretion, packed by us 7 days a week in plain discreet, padded jiffy bags or parcels with no company advertising or logo, ensuring total privacy of products purchased. We specialise in offering a very discrete, ultra reliable and fast service.
3.2 We aim to get your order to the next Royal Mail collection after you order is received. Please note that this is not a guarantee of next working day delivery. If you require the goods urgently please select one of our express delivery options at the checkout. Please allow between 2-5 working days for UK delivery, with 3-14 days for international orders within Europe. Orders received from the U.S are posted from within the U.S and are passed on to our partners.
3.3 If you are shopping from another country other than the UK, you will be charged shipping based on the entire weight of your order. This is calculated using Royal Mail's current price rates. Shipping charges will automatically be added to your order before dispatch.
3.4 International orders must by law include a customs label. The contents will be stated as “Medical Supplies – Non Pharmaceutical”
3.5 Customers not receiving their order within 7 days for UK (or 14 days for international) should notify customer services via e-mail, with details of your basket and transaction number. (Please contact customerservices@safescreen.co.uk)
3.6 Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive a confirmation and reference number relating to your purchase. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence with us.
3.7 Occasionally your order will be sent in multiple parcels, this may be due to stock levels or a difficulty in combining items.
3.8 We reserve the right to decline orders where the address is incomplete or to un-registered business addresses, shared mail drop points or PO boxes. We reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require it.
3.9 EXPRESS DELIVERY UK: Priority packing and dispatching of the order with the next available Royal Mail collection, for the following working day (UK mainland) delivery before 1pm (post code restrictions apply. please see www.royalmail.com for restrictions and further details)
3.10 We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us.
3.11 Should there be a delay in delivery, we will notify you within 24 hrs. You will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available you will be given the option to cancel your order (or accept an alternative product.)
4 Our Products
4.1 We always aim to display our products as accurately as possible on our website but if you are not happy for any reason, please let us know.
4.2 When using any of our home health tests please read the enclosed leaflets in detail before carrying out the home health test and note any special instructions, as any small mistake can alter the result of the home health test.
5 Miscellaneous
5.1 All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy the website or any part of it or use it for any purpose other than for the consideration of and purchase of our products.
5.2 We will use reasonable endeavours to detect and destroy any viruses and other forms of malicious software but will not be liable for any damage to any computer arising as a result of such viruses or other malicious software.
5.3 You will be solely responsible for ensuring the security of any of your passwords.
5.4 Except as provided below the total liability of Safescreen arising in contract, tort or otherwise shall not exceed the value of the order to which such liability relates or £100 whichever is the greater.
5.5 To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
5.6 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. 5.7 This website is maintained by The Activ Group but owned and operated by Safescreen ("we" or "us"). If you choose to order any products from us, we, Safescreen, will be the contracting party.
